Urgent Temporary Road Closure C2048, Hawksdale. 15 September 2025

 An urgent road closure has been put in place to allow Cumberland to carry out urgent drainage works.

This notice will be in force for a period not exceeding 5 days from 15th September 2025. It is expected that the Works will take 8 hours

Location: C2048, Hawksdale from its junction with the B5299, extending in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 320 metres, as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.

Alternative Route: A suitable alternative route for vehicles will be signed and available via the unrestricted sections of the C2048, and the B5299 and a way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
