A temporary road closure will be put in place to allow Cumbria Highways to carry out surface dressing works. The works are due to commence on 10th July and have an approximate duration of 1 day.
The location is a section of the B5299 from its junction with the U1190 (Peter Lane), extending in a south easterly direction to its junction with the U1160 (Lingy Close).
The alternative route is via the unrestricted section of B5299, U1133 (Barras Lane), A595 and U1190 (Peter Lane).
