A temporary road closure has been put in place to allow Network Plus to carry out cable installation works which are expected to commence 5th April 2021 and anticipated to take 12 days to complete.

Location: From a point adjacent to "Railway Cottages" extending in a south easterly direction for approx. 85m ( towards Carlisle Road to approximately the telephone exchange)
Alternative Route: via the unrestricted section of Barras Lane, B5299 Carlisle Road, U1161 Peter Lane, A595 and U1134.
A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
