Since its inception three generations of the Bowe family have been involved in the Dalston sawmill activities. Established in the 1940s, initially it was a base for Rose Castle estate workers until it became a family-owned business in 1989.
The business has branched out to provide a wider service to customers and all are welcome to visit the Sawmill site to see the range of stock now held.
We have a vast range of timber which is pressure treated on site and we like to think that staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
We offer a huge selection of fencing. Whether you need agricultural, commercial or decorative fencing; permanent, temporary or high security steel fencing, we can help. We also provide a complete fencing service, including site assessment, site preparation and fence erection.
If you are looking to build a garden shed, a classic folly or a creation in wood, we'll be able to help you with a range of raw materials and support you in achieving your design choice.
