Dalston Traffic and Parking Issues - Carlisle Northern Development Route
 

At last the CNDR is starting in earnest, but there is concern in Dalston that the existence of this route will draw-in more traffic through Dalston. It may be more convenient to travel to the start of the CNDR through Dalston, especially if heading north of Carlisle than to travel to J42 on the M6.
