In addition to the planning application to consider housing development Kingswood have also applied to increase the number of students on the existing site from 160 to 200.

At the moment further information is being sought by Carlisle City Council's planning department, particularly in regards to a possible increase in the age range to include 18 year olds (who of course may well have their own cars and might be permitted into Dalston to visit pubs etc.).
